Hey everyone, I am still working on the last few illustrations for Ascensions Booklet, I have around 15 images left and I am on track for them to be finished by end of July so I thought I would share the development of some of my first illustrations for the book.

Attached are two images included in the final book, an SRC Sniper and Berserker Scavenger and the two initial drafts of their designs. I originally was going for a far more monochromatic look with a splash of colour but decided against it as I wanted to focus in on the more retro 80s/90s style of rough simple illustrations. I did reuse the designs but elaborated them further and iterated them, making them more dirty and scruffy to reflect the style I am going for.
